IC Immobilien Gruppe concludes long-term ex-tension of lease agreement with IBIS Hotel

IC Immobilien Gruppe has concluded a long-term extension of the lease agreement with Accor Invest Germany GmbH for the Ibis Budget hotel in Quickborn in the course of a lease agreement prolongation.

The hotel, which was built in 1995 and for which IC Immobilien Gruppe has also been mandated with the property and asset management, has a total leasable area of approx. 1,600 square metres and 86 refurbished rooms. Thanks to the excellent transport links, Hamburg Airport can be reached in ca. 20 minutes and Hamburg city centre in ca. 30 minutes.
