IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded property management mandate for “Einstein22”

As of 1 September 2022 IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded the commercial property management mandate for the office building “Einstein22” in Kleinmachnow-Dreilinden, Brandenburg. The owner of the property is PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH.

“Einstein22” is a multi-tenant commercial property with a total leasable area of approx. 5,000 square metres. The modern office building was completed in 2022 and is located at Albert-Einstein-Ring 22 in Kleinmachnow-Dreilinden.

IC Immobilien Gruppe has already been aiding the owner since 1 March 2021 with the commercial property management of an additional commercial building at Rheinstrasse 11 in Teltow.
