IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded property management mandate for ca. 4,200 m² of office space in Berlin

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been commissioned with the commercial, technical and accounting property management for a new office building at Uhlandstrasse 187 in Berlin as of 1 August 2021. The owner of the property is Wealthcap Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.

The property is an office building completed at the beginning of 2021 and has 4,270 square metres of office space in an excellent location in the City-West district. The new building has outstanding links to the public transport network – the Uhlandstrasse and Kurfürstendamm subway stations are only a few minutes away on foot. A variety of shopping and leisure-time opportunities are to be found within easy walking distance, including the highly-frequented Kurfürstendamm and KaDeWe.
