IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded property management mandate for ca. 10,000 m² of modern office and showroom space in Frankfurt

As of 1 December 2020 IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated with the commercial, technical and accounting property management for a commercial property with a total leasable area of approx. 10,000 square metres at Hanauer Landstrasse 166 in Frankfurt.

The property comprises modern office and showroom areas for an exclusive flagship store for a major European car dealer, a training centre and an underground car park with some 450 parking spaces.

For the first time ever the tenant’s service department has its own repair shop for customer vehicles with large glass doors and windows that allow for an unobstructed view. Thus the “Motor Village” has a high-quality presence on the “car dealer strip” in Frankfurt to complement the site on Mainzer Landstrasse in the western part of the metropolis on the river Main. The property also boasts efficient energy usage and a modern lighting concept.
