IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded property management mandate for approx. 34,000 m² of office space in Berlin

  • National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, the German Medical Council and the German Hospital Federation are the owners and the primary users

IC Immobilien Gruppe is pleased to have acquired a further mandate from three new clients. As of 01.01.2025 the multiple-owner association comprising the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV), the German Medical Council and the German Hospital Federation (DKG) has mandated the full-service provider with the commercial and accounting property management for an office complex of several buildings with around 27,000 square metres of space in Berlin-Charlottenburg. At the same time IC Immobilien is also assuming responsibility for the management of the building complex KBV II, which is solely owned by KBV, with an additional ca. 7,000 m².

These two buildings on the opposite side of the square offer their users modern, bright office areas, conference rooms, a canteen and a child care centre. All the properties are centrally located at Herbert-Lewin-Platz in Berlin-Charlottenburg, not far from the banks of the River Spree and close to the Tiergarten suburban railway station, with a direct link to Straße des 17. Juni (which forms part of the B2 and B5 main roads).

“We are very pleased to have acquired these new business partners and the new mandate. It is testimony to our expertise in the field of property management and the trust which investors place in our capabilities and the quality of our work,” says Karsten Körper-Fitzgerald, the managing director of IC Property Management GmbH.
