IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded property management mandate by Hannover Leasing for commercial real estate portfolio with ca. 154,000 m²

• 10-property portfolio comprising retail, office and hotel areas spread across north, west and south Germany 

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded the commercial, technical and accounting property management mandate for a commercial real estate portfolio with approx. 154,000 square metres of leasable space by Hannover Leasing. The retail, office and hotel areas are spread across a total of ten individual properties in north, west and south Germany. The mandate was officially assumed on 1 January 2025.
