IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded property management mandate by Commerz Real for two Berlin office complexes

As of 1 January 2021 IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated with the commercial, technical and accounting property management by Commerz Real for two office properties in Berlin in the portfolio of the Hausinvest open-ended real estate fund. The multi-tenant properties in central locations encompass a total leasable area of about 16,600 square metres and are virtually fully leased with a vacancy ratio of less than one percent.

The larger of the two office properties is located at Leipziger Platz 9 and thus is thus in the heart of the top office location at Potsdamer Platz. The office complex, erected in 2003, has a leasable area of some 11,800 square metres and 73 car parking spaces. The prestigious location in the immediate vicinity of a number of federal ministries offers not only excellent transport connections and traffic links but also has a wide range of gastronomy and shopping outlets in the surrounding area.

The second property is located at Charlottenstrasse 42 between Friedrichstrasse railway station and the central boulevard “Unter den Linden”. The office complex was completed in 2002 and encompasses approximately 4,800 square metres as well as 62 car parking spaces. The central location on the edge of the government district also offers excellent transport connections as well as a rich diversity of leisure time and shopping possibilities in the immediate neighbourhood.
