IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded property management mandate for mixed-use property with approx. 6,800 m² in Düsseldorf’s historic centre

IC Immobilien Gruppe assumed the commercial, technical and accounting property management for the AQ1 building in the Andreas Quartier complex in Mühlenstrasse, Düsseldorf in January 2021. The total leasable area of the managed building amounts to approx. 6,800 square metres. The owner is Dize Investment GmbH, which is domiciled in Düsseldorf.

The Andreas Quartier has a total of eight building units, with a mix of uses encompassing apartments, gastronomy, hotel facilities, office space and commercial areas, and is centrally located in the heart of Düsseldorf’s historic old town. The listed building complex was erected between 1913 and 1923 to plans drawn up by the architect Felix Dechant and until its conversion in 2009/2010 it served as the seat of Düsseldorf District Court and County Court.
