IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded property and as-set management mandate in Germering, Munich

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been appointed by FF Immobilien-Verwaltungs GmbH to provide property and asset management services for a commercial property in Germering. The complex consists of two buildings, one erected in 1983 and the second in 2012, with a total rental area of 7,300 square metres.

The office buildings’ tenants include the elevator company Kone and the IT solutions development company, Dlog. IC Immobilien Gruppe has been working together successfully for many years with the Frankfurt-based FF Immobilien-Verwaltungs GmbH.
