IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded new property management mandates by Shaftesbury
- New mandates to manage office buildings in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt with more than 14,500 square metres of rental space
IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded two new property management mandates for office properties in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf by Shaftesbury Asset Management (Germany) GmbH. The two new mandates cover rental space of approximately 14,500 square metres.
The first property, Neuer Zollhof 3, an office and commercial property designed by the architect Frank Gehry, has a total rental area of 10,679 square metres. The property management mandate for this property comprises commercial, technical and accounting property management services. This prominent building is part of the Düsseldorf Zollhof ensemble, which was completed in 1999. In addition, IC Immobilien Gruppe was appointed in January to provide commercial, technical and accounting property management services for an office and commercial building at Bleidenstrasse 6-10 in Frankfurt. The building, constructed in 1972, has a total rental area of 3,854 square meters.
IC Immobilien Gruppe was awarded another property management mandate for an office property on Junghofstrasse in Frankfurt in November 2017, which means that the company now holds three mandates from Shaftesbury Asset Management (Germany) GmbH. “These mandates demonstrate our competence in property management and the trust that Shaftesbury Asset Management GmbH places in the quality and delivery of our services”, said Markus Reinert FRICS, Chairman and CEO of IC Immobilien Holding AG.
