IC Immobilien Gruppe awarded additional mandate for 11 Core Properties with approx. 215,000 m² by Amundi Real Estate

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated by Amundi Real Estate with the commercial, technical and accounting Property Management of additional 11 Core Properties, primarily for the asset classes office, retail and hotel. The mandate comprises approx. 215,000 square metres of rental area in the real estate markets Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Cottbus. The management gradually starts in the period of November 2020 until September 2021.

Furthermore, for five of these properties IC Immobilien Gruppe will assist in Asset Management for the Leasing Management and Project Management.

With this extended mandate in the field of Property Management and advice in Asset Management IC Immobilien Gruppe now oversees a total of 17 properties nationwide with a leasable area of approx. 380,000 square metres for Amundi Real Estate.
