IC Immobilien Gruppe assumes responsibility for property management for ca. 12,000 m² in “H29” in Munich
As of 01.01.2025 IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded the mandate for the commercial, technical and accounting property management of a modern and sustainable new office construction with a leasable area of approx. 12,000 square metres in the West End district of Munich. The owner of the “H29” project development, which was completed in 2024, is Deutsche Finance Group, which will also use about 60 per cent of the property as its headquarter.
The office building on Hansastraße in Munich has modern, appealing architecture, offering users a bright, contemporary work environment with a high-end aluminium façade and floor-to-ceiling glass elements. A distinctive feature are the so-called “air lounges” in virtually every rental unit, which may be used as a place for rest and regeneration, yet also for creative work. The property stands out thanks to its particular focus on user-friendliness and sustainability. It is intended to attain LEED Platinum certification.
The micro-location has excellent traffic connections, among other things thanks to the nearby local public transport node at Heimeranplatz (subway, suburban railway, regional trains, bus) and a direct link to Munich’s ring road. Westpark – a popular area for recreational activities – is only a short distance away on foot.
