IC Immobilien Gruppe assumes property management mandate for the “FLEXGATE” building at BER

IC Immobilien Gruppe was mandated with the commercial, technical and accounting property management for “FLEXGATE”, a modern office complex located directly at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), as of 01.07.2022. The owner of the property is the FAY Group.

“FLEXGATE” is to be officially opened in July 2022 and has a total leasable area of approx. 14,300 square metres spread across seven storeys. In addition to modern, flexible office space, tenants can avail of some 200 car parking spaces as well as numerous charging points for electric vehicles. Among the tenants who have already signed lease agreements are a business centre, a property developer and a major full-service partner for airport services. The property has been awarded a DGNB certificate in gold.

As well as “FLEXGATE”, IC Immobilien Gruppe already manages several other properties for the FAY Group throughout Germany.
