IC Immobilien Gruppe assumes property management mandate for 16 properties of Commerz Real

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been commissioned by Commerz Real AG with the commercial, technical and accounting property management of 16 commercial buildings as of 1 January 2022. Furthermore, IC Immobilien Gruppe will also provide assistance with the leasing and project management activities for these properties.

The mandate encompasses a total of approx. 137,000 square metres of leasable space, made up of office and retail buildings which also accommodate apartments and hotels. The properties are primarily located in northern and eastern Germany.
