IC Immobilien Gruppe assumes property management for “Omega-Haus” with 52.000 m²

• Offenbach office property from 1994 to be fully refurbished by the end of 2026 

C Immobilien Gruppe is pleased to have been awarded a further exciting mandate. The full-service provider assumed responsibility for the technical, commercial and accounting property management for “Omega-Haus” in Offenbach’s Kaiserlei district, the town’s most significant office location, as long ago as of 15.09.2024.

The seven- to nine-storey building complex comprises a central circular building with 4 connected side wings; it was completed in 1994 and has a total leasable area of about 52,000 square metres. Omega-Haus is regarded as the landmark building in the Kaiserlei district and in the course of a complete refurbishment will be upgraded to meet the standards expected of an ultra-modern office building. Among other things it is planned to integrate a kindergarten and a fitness centre, as well as a canteen. The building’s own underground car park provides more than 500 parking spaces.

The property profits from its outstanding micro-location just outside Frankfurt city limits (20 minutes by car to Frankfurt central station) and its extremely favourable traffic links to the suburban railway network and the A661 autobahn.
