IC Immobilien Gruppe assumes property management for Main Triangel in Frankfurt

As of mid-December 2022 IC Immobilien Gruppe was mandated with the commercial, technical and accounting property management for Main Triangel in Frankfurt am Main. The owner of the representative property Zum Gottschalkhof 3 / Zum Laurenburger Hof 76 is Triangel Frankfurt Immobilien GmbH; the responsible asset manager is EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD REIM (Germany) GmbH.

The office complex on the south bank of the Main river was completed in 2005 and comprises two conjoined buildings with thirteen and seven storeys, respectively. The property boasts a total leasable area of some 28,500 square metres with a sustainable energy concept and LEED Gold certification. The main tenants predominantly come from the public sector.
