IC Immobilien Gruppe assumes property management for Arbireo Capital Logistics Fund
IC Immobilien Gruppe was exclusively mandated with the commercial, technical and accounting property management for the newly-launched fund “Arbireo Special AIF: European Consumer Logistics” by Arbireo Capital AG as of 1 September 2021 following a tendering phase. This is now the third large-scale mandate for IC Immobilien Gruppe from Arbireo Capital following the two special alternative investment funds for retail food outlets. The first single-tenant logistics property in Ettlingen in Baden-Wuerttemberg with a total leasable area of approx. 29,000 square metres has already been purchased for the logistics fund. For the coming two years investments totalling as much as 300 million euros are planned in Germany and Europe.
IC Immobilien Gruppe impressed us with the sustainable and professional management of the properties in two food retail funds. The long-standing, excellent collaboration is being expanded with this mandate,” says Dr. Martin Leinemann, a member of the management board of Arbireo Capital.
“Logistics real estate is an exciting usage form for us and its significance is growing. We are pleased with this confirmation of the trust placed in us,” adds Markus Reinert FRICS, the chairman of the management and CEO of IC Immobilien Gruppe.
“Arbireo Special AIF: European Consumer Logistics” is an open-ended special AIF for institutional investors, focusing on consumer goods logistics in the core and core-plus segments. As with the two predecessor funds the asset management service provider company for “Arbireo Special AIF: European Consumer Logistics” is the Hamburg-based IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
