IC Immobilien Gruppe assumes property management for approx. 63,000 m² of logistics space

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been given a property management mandate as of 01.08.2019 for a total of four logistics bays with approx. 63,000 square metres of leasable area close to Hamburg’s port district. Some 52,000 square metres of leasable area are already leased; approx. 11,000 square metres of newly-constructed logistics space are still available for occupancy.

The logistics space belongs to the European Property Investor Special Opportunities 3 LP fund, which is managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
