IC Immobilien Gruppe assumes property man-agement mandate for three properties in Stuttgart

IC Immobilien Gruppe was mandated with the commercial and accounting property management for three mixed-use properties on Sophienstrasse in Stuttgart by a major German insurance company as of 15 April 2022.

The three properties have a total leasable area of approx. 6,700 square metres in the usage classes office, retail and residential.

Together with the management mandate for the neighbouring “Gerber”, which was awarded to IC Immobilien Gruppe in 2019, the company now manages the entire Gerber quarter in Stuttgart.
