IC Immobilien Gruppe and Wealthcap lease approx. 600 square meters of office space in Frankfurt's Westhafen Pier

The Immobilien Zeitung, Deal Magazine, and Konii report that IC Immobilien Gruppe and Wealthcap have leased approximately 600 square meters of office space in Frankfurt's Westhafen-Pier to a major German private television broadcaster on a long-term basis. The building complex, which was constructed in 2003 and has a total leasable area of around 17,000 square meters and 304 underground parking spaces, consists of five office buildings connected to each other by glass bridges, which sit on a three-story base course. In addition to its modern architecture, the Westhafen Pier benefits from its exposed location directly on the banks of the River Main. The owner of the office and event space is Wealthcap.
