IC Immobilien Gruppe achieves full occupancy of “Cecilienpalais” in Düsseldorf

As of 15 July 2022 IC Immobilien Gruppe brokered a lease agreement for approx. 600 square metres of office space in “Cecilienpalais” with a recruitment consulting agency, thus attaining the full occupancy of the building. The owner of the prestigious office property is an international institutional investor.

Construction of “Cecilienpalais” was completed in 2009 at Cecilienallee 10, one of the most exclusive locations in Düsseldorf. The building has a total leasable area of approx. 6,000 square metres – distributed across a total of four storeys – and 60 underground parking spaces. The property has excellent links to the public transport network and is just a few minutes’ walk from the banks of the river Rhine.

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated with the property management, asset management and letting management for the building.
