IC Immobilien Group secures long-term principal tenant in Potsdam
The IC Immobilien Group has announced the early renewal of a principal tenant's lease for 1,100 square metres in the office and commercial building managed by the group at Großbeerenstraße 231 in Potsdam. The tenant is the SBB Sonderabfallgesellschaft Brandenburg/Berlin mbH, a company that organises the disposal of hazardous waste and has been leasing space in the property since 2009. The extended lease now runs through to the end of 2028, with options to extend the lease beyond this date.
Built in 1996, the object offers total rentable space of around 3,800 square metres. The IC Immobilien Group acts as asset and property manager, as well as providing corporate management services, on behalf of the property's owner, the Munich-based Fair Value REIT-AG.
The office and commercial building is in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous Babelsberg film studios and is easily accessible via convenient connections to Potsdam's main train station and the A 115 motorway.
