IC Immobilien Group: New branch office managers for Berlin, Hamburg and Munich

Unterschleißheim bei München, 24 August 2015 - The IC Immobilien Group's branch offices in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich are under new management. Holger Gandecke is IC Property Management's new branch office manager for Hamburg and Berlin. Michael Leuchtenberger has taken over management of IC Property Management's branch office in Munich. The regional branch offices are responsible for IC Immobilien Group's commercial and technical property management on a local and regional level.

Extensive property management experience
Both branch office managers have extensive experience within the real estate industry and are property management specialists. Holger Gandecke has held a number of positions, including branch office manager for Patrizia Immobilien AG and head of property management, Northern Germany, for TAG Immobilien AG. Michael Leuchtenberger's previous role was as department and project manager at Hochtief Property Management Residential GmbH, prior to which his positions included associate director and local head of property management at DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung GmbH in Munich.

Building a stronger and more comprehensive regional presence
The new branch office managers and their teams will further extend the group's range of property management services in and around each city, enhancing the company's regional presence, strengthening IC's position and developing new business opportunities. The IC Immobilien Group has seven branch offices and is present in each of Germany's top real estate markets. In addition to its headquarters in Unterschleißheim, the company is represented via offices in Berlin, Chemnitz, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Stuttgart.
