IC Immobilien Group leases approximately 50,000 square meters in the first half of 2022

In the first half of the year, IC Immobilien Group was able to conclude new lease contracts or extend leases for a total area of around 50,000 square meters in Germany. The Group’s leasing activities focused on the asset classes Office and Retail.
