As part of its strategic business realignment, the IC Immobilien Group is strengthening it's regional presence across Germany.
At the start of June, Sabine Giesen-Kirchhofer (33) took up her role as Regional Manager in Munich, at the same time taking over as leader of the Property Management Team for the entire Bavarian region.
She has extensive experience within the real estate industry. In her last role, she was a Property Management Team Leader at Cushman & Wakefield LLP. A qualified business administrator, she previously spent seven years as a Project Assistant at an owner-operated property company in Düsseldorf. Alongside her expertise in the management of commercial property, she has also developed a strong focus on quality management systems.
Also at the start of June, Sylvia Kupers (54) was appointed as Regional Manager for North-Rhine Westphalia (NRW). She is also responsible for the company's Commercial Leasing division at Düsseldorf's regional office.
Her previous position was Leasing Team Associate in the Property Asset Management department at Cushman & Wakefield LLP. She has extensive experience as a specialist in leasing office and retail space.
“With the appointments of Sabine Giesen-Kirchhofer and Sylvia Kupers, I am pleased to announce that our group has added two vastly experienced real estate experts with strong leadership skills. This is a further key step in our strategic realignment, and confirms our commitment to strengthening our regional presence, providing the highest quality services and being as close to our customers as possible,” said Markus Reinert FRICS, Chairman and CEO of IC Immobilien Holding AG.
