IC Immobilien appointed by Amundi to manage Square 41

Property Magazine, Immobilien Zeitung and others reported on the news of IC Immobilien being appointed by Square 41 S.à.r.l., a property fund managed by Amundi Real Estate, to provide asset and property management services for the Square 41 office building in Frankfurt.  The 7,200-sqm, eight-storey office property at Mainzer Landstrasse 41 was originally built in 1993 before undergoing extensive refurbishment in 2014.
