IC extends long-term lease agreement with Motel One Cologne-Waidmarkt

The IC Immobilien has prematurely extended its lease agreement with Motel One GmbH for the Motel One Cologne-Waidmarkt Hotel for a remarkably extensive period of time - until 2043. The design hotel, for which the IC Immobilien Group is also mandated with asset and property management, has a total rental space of around 9,500 square meters, comprising 369 rooms, as reported by Immobilienmanager, Konii and DEAL Magazine.
