Düsseldorf: IC Immobilien Gruppe lets 11,900 square meters to Sparda-Bank

Düsseldorf, 18 June 2015 - The IC Immobilien Gruppe has agreed a long-term lease on an office building in Düsseldorf with the Sparda-Bank. The lease agreement includes the extensive renovation of the property. Sparda-Bank is the current tenant. The building was constructed in 1992 and has approximately 11,900 square meters of office space. It is located in central Düsseldorf, close to the city's central train station, at Ludwig-Erhard-Allee 13-15. The property, which is managed by the IC Immobilien Gruppe, has been let on behalf of its owners, the Dutch investment company Fallcorner Holding B.V.. A 15-year lease has been agreed for the office space. The lease begins on 1 June 2015. The owners were represented by the law firm K & L Gates LLP from Berlin during the lease negotiations. The tenant, Sparda-Bank, was supported by the Düsseldorf law firm RellermeyerPartner Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB. The new lease specifies extensive renovation and modernization measures for the tenanted space, all of which will be managed and implemented by IC Immobilien Gruppe's Technics team. The building itself will also undergo comprehensive refurbishment. All measures will be carried out without any interruption to the ongoing business operations of Sparda-Bank.
